Before choosing to work with someone,
it’s only natural to want to know who they really are.
So here’s a little bit about me.
Peace and love,
The truth is… I had no idea.
Before 2020, I was always doing, and never truly living. I followed society’s idea of “wellness,” trying to be healthy and trying to feel good, only to leave me numbing out, and searching for answers outside myself.
Something felt off.
I knew there had to be another way at life.
From listening to thousands of hours of podcasts on self-development, and reading more self-help books than I can count, many of them during times when I felt completely lost,
searching for a way "out"
to the year of 2020,
when my real inward journey began and I started to listen to myself...
I studied in Holistic Nutrition,
and everything I once knew,
I started questioning - and redefining.
As I tuned in more and more, so much happened for me and so much keeps happening for me.
I followed this path physically across the country of Canada, where I received my Reiki Attunements, lived in the jungles of Costa Rica in a spiritual community and everything in between, traveling in all directions, inward and outward that opened my heart and showed me a whole new way of being.
